Customer Banning

The following are reasons why you could potentially get BANNED from ROTMG Vault:

• Creating an account with fake information.
• Creating an account with an invalid email.
• Blocking/hiding your ip address, constantly changing ip addresses, or using a proxy server to hide your ip address.
• Refusal to respond to our requests to verify your contact information if we feel you are a high risk customer.
• Failure to CONFIRM your PayPal account after repeated requests for you to do so.
• Using a PayPal account that does not belong to or you do not have permission to use.
• Failure to read the Terms of Service that you checked the little box for and agreed to when you placed an order. Asking ignorant questions that show you did not read the TOS will make us very irritated. READ THE TOS!
• Suspicious ordering activity.
• Creating multiple accounts. You are only allowed one account.
• Harrassing us about the delivery time and process for getting your items. Again, read the TOS. All the answers are in there.
• Rude, obscene, or disrespectful behavior towards us or our guild members. IMMEDIATE BAN.
• Unjustified PayPal or credit card chargebacks/disputes.
• We also reserve the right to ban non-US PayPal users, at our discretion, who have not confirmed their address with PayPal, are not PayPal verified, and/or do not cooperate with our requests for more information.
