Customer Requirements

Due to the high volume of customers trying to scam and steal from ROTMG Vault, competitor stores, and private ROTMG sellers, we are implementing some new rules and regulations pertaining to our new user registrations, customer monitoring, and order deliveries.  It is important that everyone reads this to save yourselves some trouble.

• ROTMG Vault will selectively deliver to customers who's ip address is constantly changing  or hidden every time they visit our website. Such customers may be required to provide additional information and verification before we will deliver any items.
• Your Paypal account status must show as CONFIRMED.  This is not the same as VERIFIED.
• You must use correct contact information when creating an account or you will be banned.
• Your contact information must match your PayPal information, or you must be able to explain why it doesn't match and provide verification that you have permission to use that PayPal account. We may require a copy of the payment account holder's photo ID and a digned authorization letter.
• READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE.  Failure to do so can get you banned.
• Be realistic with your ordering habits.  We will flag you as suspicous if you are placing really expensive orders or many orders in one day.
• We are now limiting the amount of money that can be spent in a 30, 60, and 90 day period for all customers.
• If you are a minor under the age of 18 and are using someone else's PayPal or credit card for payment, you MUST have permission from them and we WILL verify that. If you use your parents financial accounts without permission, you AND your parents will be held liable for damages and expenses and legal action will be taken regardless of what country you are in.  ROTMG Vault will take serious action to revover losses and damages.
