Q: How will I get my items?
A: Your order will be delivered/shipped to you and the associated trading cards will be shipped to the mailing address you provided.
Q: How long does it take to get my items?
A: Sometimes we ship immediately if we can, sometimes it takes several hours, and the maximum time is 72 hours. However, the time frame will be extended if you fail to follow instructions and our terms of service. There is only one of us to make deliveries so keep that in mind. We do NOT tolerate anyone harrassing us about faster deliveries/shipments and will cancel your order if you do.
Q: Why didn't I get my items yet?
A: There are a few reasons why you might not have received your items in a timely manner. Usually, it is because customers gave us invalid or fake information, did not follow ordering instructions properly, or has had some issue with their payment. It is important that you check your order messages. If there is a problem with your order, we will message you there. If there is no message, then it is possible that we are just experiencing an unusual delay.
Q: I can't log into my ROTMG Vault account. What do I do?
A: Do NOT create a new account because you are only allowed to have one! Contact us by email or messenger and we will help you get it fixed.
Q: My order was refunded because my PayPal account is not CONFIRMED. What do I do?
Q: I can't complete my order. When I try to submit my payment, I get redirected back to the beginning. What is wrong?
A: If you get all the way to the end of the order and try to submit your payment information, then get redirected back to a previous page with no order confirmation, this means that your payment was declined. This is either because the payment was declined by your bank, declined by PayPal, or declined by our fraud detection system. You can send us a message to find out why your payment was declined. Our system uses high tech features to check the information you provided to make sure it is not fake and that you are not a scammer or thief. You cannot use fake address information for shipping or billing addresses. Our system checks to make sure you put a real address in. To make sure you are the person authorized to use the payment method, you MUST enter the correct billing address associated with the payment method. I don't know how much clearer I can be... DO NOT USE FAKE INFORMATION!
