In an effort to prevent fraud and charge backs from scammers, some changes have been made to the way the store runs now. While some of the changes may annoy some of you, they should not be a problem for those customers who are legitimate and interested in really getting good gear for good prices. These changes are for the sake of the security of the store and will ensure that we can continue to supply you with the best products and customer service. The changes are outlined below.
The minimum order amount is $5. This is necessary to offset the cost of order shipment. Smaller orders just cost to much for shipping and handeling.
I will be implementing a very small fee for shipping and handeling costs. This is to cover some of our additional costs.
I am now requiring that all customer have CONFIRMED Paypal accounts. This is necessary to provide the most protection against scammers and charge backs. This also ensures that your orders will be delivered to the right address. Please note: VERIFIED is NOT the same as CONFIRMED. Click here for instructions on confirming your Paypal account. If you place orders with an UNCONFIRMED Paypal, I may cancel your order. Failure to comply may result in immediate banning.
I try to make immediate shipment after an order is placed, but cannot guarantee it. Sometimes it takes a few hours, and sometimes it takes many hours. My official maximum shipment time frame is 72 hours. I will deliver your order as soon as possible. The 72 hour time frame will be extended for customers who fail to follow instructions set forth in these terms and the website. If you are not in the United States, expect your wait to possibly be long due to time zone differences. There is currently only ONE person making deliveries so if you harass me about immediate delivery, I will cancel your order.
Some of our products can be ordered/purchased, even if they are out of stock. Please pay attention to which products are listed as "Out of Stock - Delivery may be delayed!" The delivery of those items may take longer than 72 hours, depending on how long it takes us to get those products back in stock again. ROTMG Vault will not be able to tell you a time frame for delivery on out of stock items. You will just have to wait. You can always cancel your order of out of stock items at any time for a full refund if you feel it is taking too long. Please allow at least the 72 hour delivery time frame before canceling your order.
All orders will continue to be delivered to the address you provide as usual. We will ship physical character/item cards and invoices with your order. Please note that our orders are not INTANGIBLE goods. They are physical items which will be shipped to the address you provide. A small shipping fee will be charged with every order. If an order is returned from your address as undeliverable, your ordering ability will be suspended until this is corrected.
Please note: If you use PayPal and are overseas or an unverified user, there is a possibility that PayPal may put a 24 to 48 hour hold on your payment for review. We have no control over that and do not issue refunds if that happens. Your order will be delivered after PayPal releases your funds to us.
We reserve the right to deny services to non-US, non-verified, and uncomfirmed PayPal customers if we feel you are a high risk.
You are stating that any payment method used by you belongs to you or you have express consent and permission to use that payment method from the owner of the payment account. If you use someone else's payment method, you are accepting full responsibility for any chargeback or refund claims submitted by the owner of that payment method account. You will be held liable for any fees or damages incurred by the actions of the owner of that payment account. If you are a minor, your parent/guardian will be held legally and financially responsible.
ROTMG Vault may deem it necessary to request additional information regarding your identity and the identity of the person authorizing payments on your account at any time. We may take steps to confirm information you provided, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. We may request that you send in a copy of photo ID for the store account holder and the payment account holder. If the payment account holder is a separate person, we may require a signed letter from that person authorizing the use of that payment account.
Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances and will be sent to you within 24 hours via the method of payment you used:

If any of your actions involving business with us cause damages to, harm to, or loss of revenue for ROTMG Vault or its partners, you will be held responsible legally and financially for recovery and repair. If you use false information or payment methods not expressly permitted for your use by its owner, you will be legally and financially held responsible. If you are a minor, your parent/guardian will be held responsible. ROTMG Vault will take serious measures including police charges for fraud, lawsuit and judgment, asset seizure, wage garnishment, acquisition of stolen items, and more to recover losses and theft.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you are stating that all information submitted to us, by you for use in your account, belongs to you and is 100% true. Be aware that we track personal information such as geo-location, ip addresses used, PayPal information, and other details to prevent fraud and malicious use of our services. All information is kept private unless needed in a legal action against you for harm or damages committed against ROTMG Vault and/or its partners.
To reduce the possibility of anyone trying to steal from us by receiving items and then disputing the charges falsely, we may request additional information from you or put a temporary hold on your delivery if we feel there is suspicious activity such as mass ordering and missing contact information. If this occurs, you will be notified and possibly asked for additional information while we look into the matter. We will then either deliver your items or a refund will be issued if we are not comfortable with the situation. Do not provide false information or you will be banned from our website.
In order to protect ourselves from fraud and abuse, we monitor accounts for red flags that will allert us to suspicious behavior. If we feel that you have too many red flags and pose a risk to our business, we reserve the right to refund your money and deny delivery of items purchased. We also reserve the right to ban and deny access of the website to users that we feel are high risk.
Reasons you might be denied service:
ROTMG Vault will NEVER share your personal information with anyone else, UNLESS... you attempt to steal from us by participating in illegal activities. If you are involved in illegal activities such as credit card theft, obtaining goods under false pretenses, internet fraud, and general scamming then we will share your information with all interested parties, including the general public. By using our website, you agree that any information used in conjunction with theft or illegal activity will be made public and ROTMG Vault cannot be held liable for any damages you incur.
By accepting these terms you agree that you will not hold ROTMG Vault or its partners liable for any loss of items once they are in your "Realm of the Mad God" account and in your possession.
